Examples of Initial Support Term in a sentence
The Licensee may renew the Support Services set forth in Section D of this Appendix, including Standard Maintenance and Support and Enhanced Maintenance and Support (if applicable), by paying an Annual Support Services Renewal Fee each year subsequent to the Initial Support Term.
The Support Services shall be renewable beyond the Initial Support Term according to the provisions set forth in Section E of this Appendix.
The Initial Support Term together with any extension shall be known as the “Support Term”.
Upon expiration of the Initial Support Term, ongoing Support Services shall automatically renew, with customer paying for additional annual support periods, each a (“Renewal Support Term”).
Upon expiration of the Initial Support Term, the Support Services shall be automatically renewed for one (1) year periods, with payments required prior to the start of the new support term, unless and until terminated in accordance with Article 17.
Support Services pricing is subject to change, at any time during or following the Initial Support Term.
Thereafter, Support Services shall automatically renew for successive 12 month periods at the Service Fee indicated in Schedule Support Services subject to price increases (see condition 4.2), unless either Party provides the other Party with written notice of termination in accordance with this condition 3.2. Either Party may terminate Support Services effective on or after the day following the Initial Support Term by providing the other Party with 90 days advance written notice.
Support Services pricing (including any Volume-Based Charges) is subject to change at any time following the Initial Support Term provided that Kodak gives Customer at least 30 days advance written notice in the manner as described in this condition 4.2. Kodak may provide such notice via email or by including price increase in the Kodak’s invoice.

Following the Initial Support Term, the Customer may cancel the services pertaining to the Equipment and the Software from a Support Plan or Software Support License by providing Miraclon written notice, in which case the removal shall be effective three (3) months following the end of the month of notification and the Service Fee shall be adjusted accordingly.
