Initial Term definition

Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

Examples of Initial Term in a sentence

• Thereafter, other than with respect to a Trial Period, this Agreement, and the Platform Services provided pursuant to any Order, shall automatically renew for successive terms of one (1) year each unless Client provides no less than thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other party (each such term being a “Renewal Term”; the Trial Period, Initial Term and all Renewal Terms, if any, may be referred to as the “Term”).
