Examples of Initial Term in a sentence
Thereafter, other than with respect to a Trial Period, this Agreement, and the Platform Services provided pursuant to any Order, shall automatically renew for successive terms of one (1) year each unless Client provides no less than thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other party (each such term being a “Renewal Term”; the Trial Period, Initial Term and all Renewal Terms, if any, may be referred to as the “Term”).
Oregon Tech shall have the option to extend this Contract beyond the Initial Term for [NUMBER] successive [NUMBER]-year renewal terms (each a “Renewal Term” and together with the Initial Term, the “Term”) by written notice to the Contractor prior to the end of the then-current Term].
