Examples of Initial Term in a sentence
During the Initial Term, NCR Voyix may increase the fees and charges specified herein (including those set forth on an Order) once per year; provided, however, that each such annual increase will not exceed the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index for All Items for all urban consumers plus 2% (but in no event will the increase be less than 2%).
Nothing in this Contract requires the School District to exercise its option for a Renewal Term and Contractor has no expectation of a contract beyond the Initial Term, or a Renewal Term if any are exercised.
Following the Initial Term, the School District shall have the option to extend this Contract by up to two (2) additional years on a year-to-year basis, in its sole discretion (each a “Renewal Term”).
Ninety (90) days prior to the end of the Initial Term, or any Renewal Term, the School District shall notify the Contractor in writing as to whether the School District will exercise any option for a Renewal Term.
In the event the School District is not completely satisfied with the products/services of the Contractor, the School District may elect, in its sole and absolute discretion, not to begin years two (2) and three (3) of the Initial Term by providing written notice to the Contractor at least ninety (90) days prior to the start of year two (2) or year three (3) of its intent not to continue with the products/services under this Contract.
