Extended Term definition

Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.
Extended Term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.

Examples of Extended Term in a sentence

  • Altinet may decline to renew this Agreement or any part of the Services for any additional Extended Term and shall endeavour to give the Customer at least 60 calendar days’ notice of such cancellation in advance of the commencement of any affected Extended Term.

  • The agreement will automatically renew at the end of each Extended Term, unless the Customer gives written notice to Altinet, not later than ninety (90) calendar days before expiry of the Initial Term or the relevant Extended Term, to terminate this agreement.
