Examples of Initial Trigger Date in a sentence
Except for the Initial Trigger Date, the instructions contemplated by the foregoing sentence must be provided to Company by Broad within [**] days after the applicable Trigger Date.
As used herein, the term “Trigger Date” shall mean the (i) Initial Trigger Date, and (ii) the Subsequent Trigger Dates.
The Borrower will not permit Availability to be less than $5,000,000 at any time; PROVIDED, that Availability may be less than $5,000,000 at any time (the first such time, the "Initial Trigger Date") so long as the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio is at least 1.1:1.0 for the twelve (12) month period ending (a) on the last day of the month preceding the Initial Trigger Date, and (b) on the last day of each month thereafter (regardless of whether Availability exceeds $5,000,000 after the Initial Trigger Date).
The term “Subsequent Trigger Dates” shall mean each date subsequent to the Initial Trigger Date on which a Property is removed pursuant to Section 6(b), 6(c), 6(d), 7(c), 12 or 19.
