Initial Trigger Date definition

Initial Trigger Date means the fourth Trading Day following the Original Issue Date.
Initial Trigger Date means the date that is the earlier of (i) thirty (30) days prior to the deadline for nomination of directors and stockholder proposals pursuant to the Bylaws for the 2024 Annual Meeting and (ii) one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the first anniversary of the 2023 Annual Meeting.
Initial Trigger Date means the later to occur of (i) the date which is the third anniversary of the Signing Date, and (ii) the date which is the second anniversary of the First Commercial Sale; PROVIDED that if the date referred to in clause (ii) occurs after the date which is forty-two months after the Signing Date, the Initial Trigger Date shall be the date which is forty-two months after the Signing Date.

More Definitions of Initial Trigger Date

Initial Trigger Date means the date if any, on which the number of Removed Properties pursuant to Section 6(b), 6(c), 6(d), 7(c), 12 or 19 shall reach three (3) Properties in the aggregate. The term “Subsequent Trigger Dates” shall mean each date subsequent to the Initial Trigger Date on which a Property is removed pursuant to Section 6(b), 6(c), 6(d), 7(c), 12 or 19. If this Agreement is so terminated, the E▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money Deposit plus all interest accrued thereon shall be returned immediately to Buyer, and, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, neither of the Parties shall have any further liability or obligation under this Agreement. Seller’s failure to terminate this Agreement by any Termination Deadline shall be deemed to be a waiver of Seller’s right to terminate this Agreement with respect to the corresponding Trigger Date.

Related to Initial Trigger Date

  • Initial Triggering Event means any of the following events or transactions occurring after the date hereof:

  • ii) Trigger Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iii) hereof.

  • Flip-In Trigger Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iii) hereof.

  • Initial Trip Payment means the first payment made to the Insured’s Travel Supplier toward the cost of the Insured’s Trip.
