It is understood that each U.S. Underwriter has authorized the U.S. Representatives, for its account, to accept delivery of, receipt for, and make payment of the purchase price for, the Initial U.S. Securities and the U.S. Option Securities, if any, which it has agreed to purchase.
The U.S. Underwriters' respective obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 7 are several in proportion to the number of Initial U.S. Securities set forth opposite their respective names in Schedule A hereto and not joint.
Certificates for the Initial U.S. Securities and the U.S. Option Securities, if any, shall be in such denominations and registered in such names as the U.S. Representatives may request in writing at least one full business day before the Closing Time or the relevant Date of Delivery, as the case may be.
