Initial Working Capital Amount definition

Initial Working Capital Amount means Thirty-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($35,000.00).
Initial Working Capital Amount means $3,000,000.00.

  • In no event shall Lessee permit the balance in the Operating Account to be less than the Initial Working Capital Amount.
