Initiated immediately means taking an action to commence stabilization as soon as practicable, but no later than the end of the work day, following the day when the earth‐disturbing activities have temporarily or permanently ceased, if the Permittee(s) know that construction work on that portion of the site will be temporarily ceased for 14 or more additional calendar days or 7 calendar days where Appendix A.C.1.a applies.
