Initiated means start or ignite a fire or reignite or rekindle a fire.

Proposed Reduction Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.

Major Change means any event or proposed modification that, in the opinion of the Fund, will involve a major change in, or a restructuring of, a Funded Activity’s scope, structure, design or objectives, including a reallocation of GCF Proceeds beyond the threshold set out in the relevant FAA affecting the Funded Activity’s scope or objectives, or any other change that substantially alters the purpose or benefit of the Funded Activity, in each case, as may be described in detail in the relevant FAA;
Initiate means, with respect to any Clinical Trial, first dosing in such Clinical Trial of the first human subject with the disease or condition for which the Product in such Clinical Trial is intended.
Reduction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.
Rectification Period means the period of time set out in Section 4.3 of this RFP during which a Proponent will be permitted to rectify its Proposal to satisfy the mandatory submission requirements of this RFP.
Nomination Period means a period of time that Customer includes in a nomination for gas service.
Transfer Effective Date shall have the meaning set forth in each Commitment Transfer Supplement.
Notified Action shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.04(a) of this Agreement.

Adverse Proceeding means any action, suit, proceeding (whether administrative, judicial or otherwise), governmental investigation or arbitration (whether or not purportedly on behalf of Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries) at law or in equity, or before or by any Governmental Authority, domestic or foreign (including any Environmental Claims), whether pending or, to the knowledge of Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries, threatened against or affecting Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries or any property of Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries.
Nomination Date means the twentieth (20th) day of the month preceding the Operating Month.
Remediation Period has the meaning specified in Section 8.2(a);
Evaluation Period bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(d)(i);
Commenced means that an owner or operator has undertaken a continuous program of construction or modification or that an owner or operator has entered into a binding agreement or contractual obligation to undertake and complete, within a reasonable time, a continuous program of construction or modification.
Target Effective Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).
Fortified wine means any wine, of more than sixteen percent (16%) and no more than twenty-four percent (24%) alcohol by volume, made by fermentation from grapes, fruits, berries, rice, or honey; or by the addition of pure cane, beet, or dextrose sugar; or by the addition of pure brandy from the same type of grape, fruit, berry, rice, or honey that is contained in the base wine and produced in accordance with the regulations of the United States.
