Initiating Party definition

Initiating Party has the meaning set forth in Section 12.12.

Examples of Initiating Party in a sentence

  • Initiating Party shall file a list of preferred Mediators listed in preference order, after striking any Mediator to which they have any factual objection.

  • If the Responding Party does not appoint an arbitrator during such 30-day period, appointment of the second arbitrator shall be made by the American Arbitration Association upon request of the Initiating Party.

  • Within 30 days of receipt of such notification, the Responding Party shall notify the Initiating Party of its answer to the Dispute, any counterclaim which it wishes to assert in the arbitration and the name and address of the arbitrator chosen by the Responding Party.
