Notifying Party definition

Notifying Party. As defined in Section 3.01(i).
Notifying Party has the meaning given in Clause 15.1;

Examples of Notifying Party in a sentence

  • Notifying Party shall complete such cure in accordance with the approved plan.

  • In such a case, the Notifying Party will issue a written notice to the Responsive Party (hereinafter “notice of violation”) informing such party of the violation and demanding cure of such violation.

  • If said cure reasonably requires more than sixty (60) days, Responsive Party shall, within the thirty (30) day period submit to Notifying Party for review and approval a plan and time schedule to diligently complete a cure.

  • If Responsive Party disputes the notice of violation, it shall issue a written notice of such dispute (hereinafter “notice of dispute”) to the Notifying Party within ninety (90) days of receipt of written notice of violation.
