Injunctive Relief Class definition

Injunctive Relief Class. All individuals in the United States who meet either of the following criteria:
Injunctive Relief Class has the meaning assigned to such term in Paragraph 3(c)(ii). “Net Settlement Amount” means the Settlement Amount, minus Fees and Expenses.
Injunctive Relief Class means all persons who, as of the date that the Preliminary Approval Order is entered, are, or in the future will be, confined at the Jail.

Examples of Injunctive Relief Class in a sentence

  • Defendants shall pay the costs of notice to Class Members and 23 Injunctive Relief Class Members, and claims administration (the “Administration 24 Costs”), not to exceed $1,000,000.00.

  • Class Members and Injunctive Relief Class Members 18 objecting to the terms of the Agreement must do so in writing at least thirty (30) days 19 prior to the scheduled Final Approval Hearing.

  • Neither Defendants nor Defendants’ counsel are required 13 to respond to inquiries from Class Members or Injunctive Relief Class Members with 14 respect to this Agreement, except to refer inquiries to Class Counsel.

  • Even if you exclude yourself from the Settlement, you will remain a member of the Injunctive Relief Class.

  • On July 6, 2018, the Parties filed a joint certification with the Court that 16 indicated that the Parties agreed to a tentative settlement that would resolve the 17 Plaintiffs’, Class Members’, and Injunctive Relief Class Members’ claims against 18 Defendants.

  • CAFA notice shall be provided to the ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the Attorneys General of each state in which 8 Class Members and Injunctive Relief Class Members reside.

  • The Parties have obtained an estimate of Administrative Costs for both the Damages Class and the Injunctive Relief Class.

  • If you had an active PayPal account between April 19, 2006 and [the date of entry of the Preliminary Approval Order] but you did not have a hold or reserve placed on your account and your account was not closed or suspended by PayPal, then you are only an Injunctive Relief Class Member and you may not submit a claim for payment.

  • By entry of the Final Approval Order, each Injunctive Relief Class Member releases the right to bring a class action or otherwise assert claims on an aggregated basis against Defendant and the Released Parties for any and all claims, actions, and causes of action, including claims for attorneys’ fees, that were asserted, or which could have been asserted against Defendant and the Released Parties in the Action as of the Effective Date.

  • The Injunctive Relief Class and the Claims Class are referred to together as the Settlement Class.


More Definitions of Injunctive Relief Class

Injunctive Relief Class means the definition set forth in Section VII.B.
Injunctive Relief Class. All WNT players on the team at the date of the final judgment, or the date of the resolution of any appeals therefrom, whichever is later.
Injunctive Relief Class. All natural persons and entities in the United States that indirectly paid Varsity or any Varsity subsidiary or affiliate, from December 10, 2016, through March 31, 2024, for: (a) registration, entrance, or other fees and expenses associated with participation in one or more Varsity Cheer Competitions, including registration fees to USASF;
Injunctive Relief Class means the following class sought to be certified under Fed. R. Civ. P. 23(b)(2) for settlement purposes only as defined below.
Injunctive Relief Class means all natural persons residing in the United States or the District of Columbia about whom either (a) information existed in Defendant’s public records database or (b) Defendant provided a report to a third party, in either case from September 8, 2014 to May 17, 2019. Excluded from the settlement class are any Released Person, any person who has previously released his or her claims against Defendant, and the judge overseeing the Litigation.
Injunctive Relief Class means all current and former users of PayPal in the United States who had an active PayPal account between April 19, 2006 and the date of entry of the Preliminary Approval Order. The Injunctive Relief Class will be certified under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23(b)(2).
