Innovator Product definition

Innovator Product means a means a new chemical entity which has received a patent on its chemical formulation or manufacturing process, obtains chemical formulation or manufacturing process, obtains approval from a regulatory authority after extensive testing and is sold under a brand name.
Innovator Product means Seroquel XR having Quetiapine Fumarate as its active ingredient, or if Seroquel XR is no longer the product which serves as the reference listed drug then the product which serves as the reference listed drug for the Product.
Innovator Product means Effexor XR having Venlafaxine Hydrochloride as its active ingredient, or if Effexor XR is no longer the product which serves as the reference listed drug then the product which serves as the reference listed drug for the Product.
