Inpatient facilities definition

Inpatient facilities means medical facilities offering assistance to persons suffering from substance abuse problems including but not limited to: intensive inpatient facilities; long-term residential drug treatment facilities; recovery house facilities and substance abuse facilities.
Inpatient facilities means any establishment having beds as defined under rule 51;
Inpatient facilities means any establishment having beds for admission of patients;

Examples of Inpatient facilities in a sentence

  • Inpatient facilities do not meet current guidance for provision of single rooms and en- suite accommodation.

  • Inpatient facilities must be Licensed by the Department of Health and Human Services, Regulation and Licensure (or equivalent state agency) or accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) or Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

  • Contingent Facilities means those unbuilt Interconnection Facilities and Network Upgrades upon which the Interconnection Request’s costs, timing, and study findings are dependent and, if delayed or not built, could cause a need for restudies of the Interconnection Request or a reassessment of the Interconnection Facilities and/or Network Upgrades and/or costs and timing.

  • Attachment Facilities means the facilities necessary to physically connect a Customer Facility to the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.

  • Nursing facility means an institution as defined in Iowa Code chapter 135C. This definition does not include acute care settings.

  • Stormwater management facility means a control measure that controls stormwater runoff and changes the characteristics of that runoff including, but not limited to, the quantity and quality, the period of release or the velocity of flow.

  • Wastewater treatment facility means a treatment works, as
