Bankruptcy Plan a reorganization or plan of liquidation pursuant to any Debtor Relief Laws.
insolvency practitioner means any receiver, administrator or liquidator appointed in respect of the Tenant;
Emergency plan means a document outlining the responsibilities of personnel in an emergency.
Permanency plan means a written course of action for achieving safe and lasting family resources for the child or young adult. Although the plan may change as more information becomes available, the goal is to develop safe and permanent family resources with the parents, relatives, or other people who will assume responsibility for the child or young adult during the remaining years of dependency and be accessible and supportive to the child or young adult in adulthood.
Insolvency Act means the Insolvency Xxx 0000;
Insolvency Proceedings means, with respect to any Person, any case or proceeding with respect to such Person under U.S. federal bankruptcy laws or any other state, federal or foreign bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, liquidation, receivership or other similar laws, or the appointment, whether at common law, in equity or otherwise, of any trustee, custodian, receiver, liquidator or the like for all or any material portion of the property of such Person.
Bankruptcy Code means Title 11 of the United States Code.
Contingency plan means a document setting out an organized, planned, and coordinated course of action to be followed in case of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste or hazardous waste constituents which could threaten human health or the environment.
Bankruptcy Act means the Bankruptcy Act or Title 11 of the United States Code.
U.S. Bankruptcy Code means Title 11 of the United States Code, as amended, or any similar federal or state law for the relief of debtors.
Federal Bankruptcy Code means the Bankruptcy Act of Title 11 of the United States Code, as amended from time to time.
Insolvency or Liquidation Proceeding means, with respect to any Person, any liquidation, dissolution or winding up of such Person, or any bankruptcy, reorganization, insolvency, receivership or similar proceeding with respect to such Person, whether voluntary or involuntary.
PBR Act means the Plant Breeder’s Rights Xxx 0000 (Cth) as amended from time to time.
Case permanency plan means the Agency plan identifying goals, needs, strengths, problems, services, time frames for meeting goals and for delivery of the services to the child and parents, objectives, desired outcomes, and responsibilities of all parties involved and reviewing progress.
Federal Bankruptcy Act means the Bankruptcy Act or Title 11 of the United States Code.
Atomic Energy Act means the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
Liquidation Process Regulations means, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Liquidation Process) Regulations 2016 as amended from time to time;
Act of Insolvency means any act as such as defined by the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act or in Provincial Insolvency act or any amending status.
former Act means the Companies Act or the International Business Companies Act;
Financial Insolvency means, with respect to any Named Entity covered under any Coverage Part designated as “included” in the Declarations attached hereto:
Insolvency Proceeding means any proceeding commenced by or against any Person under any provision of the Bankruptcy Code or under any other state or federal bankruptcy or insolvency law, assignments for the benefit of creditors, formal or informal moratoria, compositions, extensions generally with creditors, or proceedings seeking reorganization, arrangement, or other similar relief.
Air Act, as used in this clause, means the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7401 et seq.).
Disaster Management Act means the Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No.57 of 2002)
Chemical dependency professional means a person certified as a chemical dependency professional by the department of health under chapter 18.205 RCW.
Clean Air Act or “Act” means the federal Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 7401-7671q, and its implementing regulations.
Rail Safety Act means the Rail Safety Act 1998 (WA);
