Inspection Authorities definition

Inspection Authorities means and include all the inspection authorities which are relevant/applicable for the Transferor Company and/or the Transferee Company in India or overseas, whether in private sector or in public sector or a combination of both which will include without limitation the following:
Inspection Authorities refers to the local inspection branch of the State Administration for Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine of China located at or near the Port of Unloading and/or the Site.
Inspection Authorities means specialized departments in charge of inspection of the completion of the Premises, including but not limited to construction quality, planning, fire protection, environment and sanitation departments, pursuant to the provisions of applicable Laws and Regulations.

  • Neither JABIRU nor its Dealer/Distributor will be responsible for costs of cleaning the aircraft, any other related fines, penalties, and/or any other costs that result from the owner’s failure to comply with the requirements imposed by Customs, Border Protection, Quarantine and Inspection Authorities of the state where the JABIRU Dealer/Distributor is located.

  • The basic criteria of completion inspection of the Premises shall be solely based on the applicable Laws and Regulations and the implementation rules set by the Inspection Authorities.

  • The SUPPLIER shall nominate a Third Party Inspectorate which shall be in accordance with the Inspection Authorities permitted by DOSH Regulations.

  • Supporting evidence shall be made available to the Inspection Authorities for review at the place of work.

  • GRSE (Inspection Agency) shall co- ordinate with the Outside Inspection Authorities (as applicable) for carrying out inspection of completed job.

  • Inspection Authorities shall mean a person, office, or organization that has the delegated authority to determine, mandate, and enforce code requirements established by jurisdictional governing bodies.
