Inspection Certificate definition

Inspection Certificate means a report prepared by an independent authority or third party assessor who is qualified by experience and/or education to declare the Produce unfit for human consumption, unsuitable for sale or not meeting a particular specification or standard.
Inspection Certificate means the portion of the vehicle inspection report that is issued to each vehicle owner or lessee at the time of an inspection. An inspection certificate indicating compliance is to be presented to the registrar as required by division (B) of section 4503.10 of the Revised Code.
