Information Certificate definition

Information Certificate means, collectively, the Information Certificates of Borrowers and Guarantors constituting Exhibit B hereto containing material information with respect to Borrowers and Guarantors, their respective businesses and assets provided by or on behalf of Borrowers and Guarantors to Agent in connection with the preparation of this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements and the financing arrangements provided for herein.
Information Certificate means an Information and Collateral Certificate, in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit G.

  • Schedule 8.15 to the Information Certificate sets forth all Material Contracts to which any Borrower or Guarantor is a party or is bound as of the date hereof.

Information Certificate means the Information Certificate (as defined in the Loan Agreement) of each Guarantor containing material information with respect to Guarantor, its business and assets provided by or on behalf of Guarantor to Lender in connection with the preparation of this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements and the financing arrangements provided for herein.
Information Certificate means the Information Certificate completed and executed by the Loan Parties attached hereto as Exhibit E.
