Inspection Deadline definition

Inspection Deadline means no later than the later of fifteen calendar (15) days following the Delivery Date and 5 (five) calendar days after the Engine is received at the Lessee’s facility if Lessee has shipped the engine to its facility within fifteen (15) calendar days after the Delivery Date;
Inspection Deadline. All Property inspection(s) shall be fully performed and completed, including results of all tests conducted as part of such inspection(s), not later than CALENDAR DAYS after the Contract Date.

  • Post-Final Inspection Deadline means the date that is a fixed number of days after the date of the Final Inspection, by which A/E shall deliver any Post-Final Inspection Punchlist to CMR.

  • Subject to the provisions of UGC, Section 12.1.2, and no later than the Final Inspection Deadline, and prior to requesting a Final Inspection, CMR must complete and/or correct all Work specified in the Pre-Final Inspection Punchlist.

  • Final Inspection Deadline means the date that is thirty (30) days after the Substantial Completion Inspection, as defined in UGC Section 12.1.1, by which A/E must conduct a Final Inspection, as defined in UGC Section 12.1.2.

  • Subject to the provisions of UGC Section 12.1.2, and no later than the Final Inspection Deadline, A/E shall, together with TFC Project Manager, conduct a Final Inspection of the Work to determine whether all of the Work for the Project has been fully completed in accordance with the Construction Documents.

  • If, and only if, Seller has not received all Requisite Entitlements prior to the Inspection Deadline, Purchaser shall have two (2) options to extend the Inspection Deadline (each an “Inspection Extension Option”) by thirty (30) days for each Inspection Extension Option.

  • If Purchaser does not so terminate this PSA prior to the Inspection Deadline (as may be extended), Purchaser shall have no further right to terminate this PSA pursuant to Section 5.3, and shall be deemed to have accepted the Property and to be satisfied with the due diligence in connection therewith.

  • Purchaser may exercise an Inspection Extension Option by delivering to Seller and Escrow Agent written notice of election to exercise an Inspection Extension Option, by no later than the Inspection Deadline (in the case of the second Inspection Extension Option, such deadline shall be the Inspection Deadline as extended by the first Inspection Extension Option).
