Examples of Inspection Privileges in a sentence

  • During the term of this Agreement, the MVC and/or Parsons, under direction and approval of the MVC, reserve the right to enforce the rules of the NJMVIS Program by means of 1) NJ2009 Unit Lockouts, 2) Suspension of User Inspection Privileges, and/or 3) Revocation of User’s Station License.

Related to Inspection Privileges

  • Inspection Period Shall have the meaning given to it in Section 4.1.

  • Environmental Approvals means any permit, license, approval, ruling, variance, exemption or other authorization required under applicable Environmental Laws.

  • Approvals means all approvals, consents, authorisations, permissions, licences, resolutions, exemptions, registrations, filings, permits and rights from all government, regulatory and statutory entities and authorities;

  • Inspection means activities such as measuring, examining, testing, gauging one or more characteristics of the product or service and comparing the same with the specified requirement to determine conformity.

  • Maintenance Requirements shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Environmental Authorizations means all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, notices, registrations or other legal prerequisites for conducting the business of the Borrower or any Subsidiary required by any Environmental Requirement.

  • Gaming Approvals means with respect to any action by a particular Person, any consent, finding of suitability, license, approval or other authorization required for such action by such Person from a Gaming Authority or under Gaming Laws.

  • Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorizations, permits and licenses required under Applicable Laws or under the terms of any restriction, covenant, easement or agreement affecting all or any applicable Phase of the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction, development, equipping, use or operation of the Project.

  • Inspecting Authority means the authorised representative of the Department to act as Inspecting Authority for the purpose of this contract and for the purpose of ascertaining the progress of the deliveries under the contract.

  • Inspect means the ability to review and copy a CIF to the same extent as any other document contained in a court file.

  • Environmental Compliance Reserve means any reserve which the Agent establishes in its reasonable discretion after prior written notice to the Borrower from time to time for amounts that are reasonably likely to be expended by the Borrower in order for the Borrower and its operations and property (a) to comply with any notice from a Governmental Authority asserting material non-compliance with Environmental Laws, or (b) to correct any such material non-compliance identified in a report delivered to the Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 7.7.

  • Inspection Certificate means a report prepared by an independent authority or third party assessor who is qualified by experience and/or education to declare the Produce unfit for human consumption, unsuitable for sale or not meeting a particular specification or standard.

  • Maintenance Inspection Report shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 15.2; “Maintenance Manual” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 10.7; “Maintenance Programme” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Phase I Environmental Report means a report by an Independent Person who regularly conducts environmental site assessments in accordance with then current standards imposed by institutional commercial mortgage lenders and who has a reasonable amount of experience conducting such assessments.

  • Due Diligence Period has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(a).

  • Surveys has the meaning set forth in Section 4(o) above.

  • Operational Control means Security monitoring, adjustment of generation and transmission resources, coordinating and approval of changes in transmission status for maintenance, determination of changes in transmission status for reliability, coordination with other Balancing Authority Areas and Reliability Coordinators, voltage reductions and load shedding, except that each legal owner of generation and transmission resources continues to physically operate and maintain its own facilities.

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.
