Production Quarter definition

Production Quarter means each thirteen week production period of the Credit Parties.
Production Quarter means a period of three consecutive months commencing (a) in the case of the first Production Quarter, with the first day of the first calendar month falling after Completion and (b) in the case of each subsequent Production Quarter, a consecutive three-month period commencing on each three-month anniversary of such first day.
Production Quarter means a period of three (3) consecutive months, commencing on Initiation, and any period of three (3) consecutive months thereafter.

Examples of Production Quarter in a sentence

  • Payments based upon gold produced during a Production Quarter shall be made not later than sixty (60) business days following the end of the calendar quarter subsequent to Production Quarter.

  • In the event that gold is produced from the Kiewit Properties during any calendar quarter (the “Production Quarter”) but is not sold during the calendar quarter subsequent to the Production Quarter, the Purchaser shall receive payment for the value of such gold based upon the market value of gold on the last business day of the Production Quarter (the “Fair Market Value”).

  • Each such purchase order shall (A) reference this Agreement and the applicable Work Order, (B) identify the applicable Production Quarter and, if applicable, the desired start date of the Production Quarter, and (C) set forth the number of Batches of Product to be Manufactured with respect to such Production Quarter.
