Inspection Report definition

Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.
Inspection Report means, with respect to a Mortgaged Property, a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Property Inspection Form” available on the CREFC® Website.
Inspection Report means the writ- ten observations and GMP’s compli- ance assessment completed by an au- thority listed in appendix B of this sub- part.

  • Resident acknowledges that except as provided in the Inspection Report, each bedroom space and apartment are being delivered in "as-is" condition, and Resident’s acceptance of the assigned bedroom space and apartment at the beginning of the Term constitutes Resident’s acknowledgment that the bedroom space and apartment and all fixtures are in good repair and condition.

  • It shall send a copy of the Inspection Report to the Authority and the Concessionaire within 7 (seven) days of such inspection and upon receipt thereof, the Concessionaire shall rectify and remedy the defects or deficiencies, if any, stated in the Inspection Report.


More Definitions of Inspection Report

Inspection Report shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 15.2;

Inspection Report means the inspection report set out in Schedule 1 outlining the condition of the Equipment prior to the Commencement Date and the condition of the Equipment on the Completion Date. The physical inspection and subsequent report on the Completion Date. Insurance Value means the value the Equipment must be insured for, if the Customer is responsible for insuring the Equipment under this Agreement.
