The Inspector of Elections appointed for the meeting may establish requirements concerning such proxy appointments or revocations that the Inspector considers necessary or appropriate to assure the integrity of the vote and to comply with law.
The Association may, at its discretion, report any known errors to the Inspector of Elections.
The Member shall report any errors to the Inspector of Elections who shall make the correction within two business days.
