Insperity Partner means the entities and licensors other than Insperity Business Services, L.P. that provide the Insperity Partner Offerings that are integrated into our Bundled Service Packages.

  • All Personally Identifiable Information provided by Users is governed exclusively by the privacy policy posted on our applicable Insperity Links for Insperity Offerings and the applicable Insperity Partner Link for Insperity Partner Offerings (as such Cloud-Based Solutions are third party and not controlled by us).

  • We or our Insperity Partner may also suspend Services immediately and disable access if, in our sole discretion, any use of the Insperity Offerings or Insperity Partner Offerings violates this Agreement.

  • We may disclose your Confidential Information to our employees, Insperity Companies, subsidiaries, Affiliates, agents and contractors to: (i) perform or offer an Insperity Offering or Insperity Partner Offering, (ii) offer our additional products or services, (iii) perform analysis to determine your qualification to receive future services or meet contractual obligations, and (iv) directly or indirectly collect amounts due.

  • These are the fastest growing group of products in Sri Lanka’s export composition during this period.

  • Users of the iSolved® native time-tracking solution may be subject to separate terms of use provided with such solution by our Insperity Partner.

  • You represent and warrant to us that you will verify the accuracy of Customer Data as necessary for us to provide the Insperity Offerings or Insperity Partner Offerings and that you have the unencumbered right to possess and use all Customer Data entered into the Insperity Offerings and Insperity Partner Offerings by you (or your Users), and that no third party other than your Affiliates, Users, and their representatives have any rights in such Customer Data.

  • Provided that neither we nor our Insperity Partner violates our or its published privacy policy with respect to storage or processing of data entered into a Solution, you accept full and complete responsibility for compliance with all Laws and other requirements relating to privacy, in connection with, in any manner whatsoever, any Customer Data entered into such Solution.

Related to Insperity Partner

  • Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);
