Insperity Partner definition

Insperity Partner means the entities and licensors other than Insperity Business Services, L.P. that provide the Insperity Partner Offerings that are integrated into our Bundled Service Packages.

  • No representations, warranties, or other commitments of any kind are made by us regarding such third party software unless such third party software is an Insperity Partner Offering and such representations, warranties or other commitments are explicitly stated in this Agreement.

  • Upon termination, you will immediately cease using all Insperity Offerings or Insperity Partner Offerings and promptly uninstall and permanently delete or destroy all copies of any Confidential Information received from us.

  • Such Insperity Partner will enter into separate agreements with you, where applicable.

Related to Insperity Partner

  • Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);

  • In loco parentis means relating to the responsibility to undertake the care and control of another person in the absence of:

  • Business Partner means a legal entity that requires use of a Cloud Service in connection with Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal business operations. These may include customers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers of Customer.

  • Departing General Partner means a former General Partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former General Partner pursuant to Section 11.1 or Section 11.2.

  • Surviving General Partner has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(d) hereof.

  • General partnership means an organization formed under chapters 45-13 through 45-21.

  • Scheme Member means an Eligible Person who is included in the Scheme as per the Scheme rules as member of that Scheme.

  • Company Secretary means a company secretary as defined in clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Company Secretaries Act, 1980 (56 of 1980) and who has obtained a certificate of practice under sub-section (1) of section 6 of that Act;
