Installation and Commissioning. The completion of construction of the fuel cell system, interconnection of the system with the utility grid, if applicable, at least one month of satisfactory operation of the system according to its design intent, and demonstration of the ability to upload information to NYSERDA’s DG/CHP Website.

  • The Supplier will promptly notify the Authority of any health and safety hazard which arises, or the Supplier is aware may arise, in connection with the Installation and Commissioning Services and take such steps as are reasonably necessary to ensure the health and safety of persons likely to be affected by such hazards.
