Installed Products definition

Installed Products means a Party’s Products that are designed to be installed on the applicable customer’s local computer systems/servers and all copies of the foregoing permitted hereunder.

Examples of Installed Products in a sentence

  • Prior to such installation, Buyer is responsible for completing all applicable site preparations for the Desktop Metal Installed Products as specified in the applicable Product Documentation and as required by Applicable Law, including, without limitation, all health and safety laws.
