Instalment Date definition

Instalment Date means each date specified as such in the Final Terms.

Instalment Date means each date (if any) specified as such opposite each Instalment Amount in the Issue Memorandum.

Instalment Date means, in respect of a Note, each date specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms.

Examples of Instalment Date in a sentence

• Following a determination by the Issuer in accordance with (bb)(x) or (bb)(y), no other amounts shall be payable in respect of the Securities on account of interest or otherwise, provided that, in respect of Instalment Securities, notwithstanding the occurrence of such an event, each Instalment Amount scheduled to be paid (but unpaid) on an Instalment Date falling on or after the Unscheduled Termination Event Date shall continue to be paid on such Instalment Date.

• Following a determination by the Issuer in accordance with (1) or (2), no other amounts shall be payable in respect of the Securities on account of interest or otherwise, provided that, in respect of Instalment Securities, notwithstanding the occurrence of such an event, each Instalment Amount scheduled to be paid (but unpaid) on an Instalment Date falling on or after the Unscheduled Termination Event Date shall continue to be paid on such Instalment Date.

• Following a determination by the Issuer in accordance with (B)(1) or (B)(2), no other amounts shall be payable in respect of the Securities on account of interest or otherwise, provided that, in respect of Instalment Securities, notwithstanding the occurrence of such an event, each Instalment Amount scheduled to be paid (but unpaid) on an Instalment Date falling on or after the Unscheduled Termination Event Date shall continue to be paid on such Instalment Date.

• Following a determination by the Issuer in accordance with (A) or (B), no other amounts shall be payable in respect of the Securities on account of interest or otherwise, provided that, in respect of Instalment Securities, notwithstanding the occurrence of such an event, each Instalment Amount scheduled to be paid (but unpaid) on an Instalment Date falling on or after the Unscheduled Termination Event Date shall continue to be paid on such Instalment Date.

• Following a determination by the Issuer in accordance with (ii)(A) or (ii)(B), no other amounts shall be payable in respect of the Securities on account of interest or otherwise, provided that, in respect of Instalment Securities, notwithstanding the occurrence of such an event, each Instalment Amount scheduled to be paid (but unpaid) on an Instalment Date falling on or after the Unscheduled Termination Event Date shall continue to be paid on such Instalment Date.

More Definitions of Instalment Date

Instalment Date means, in respect of a Note other than a Pass-through Note, the date specified as such in the relevant Final Terms, Pricing Supplement, Series Prospectus or Series Listing Particulars and, in respect of a Pass-through Note, either one Business Day after the day on which amounts are received by the Issuer on the Assets, or fixed dates (in which case amounts received will accumulate and be paid out on these fixed dates).
