Instalment Amount means, in respect of a Note and an Instalment Date, an amount determined by the Calculation Agent equal to the amount specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms or the amount determined in accordance with the formula or method for determining such amount specified therein.

More Definitions of Instalment Amount

Instalment Amount means, in relation to an Instalment Note, the amount of each instalment as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the Final Terms. To the extent that an Instalment Amount requires determination, such amount may be determined by a Calculation Agent;

Instalment Amount means the amount specified as such in (or calculated in accordance with the provisions of) the relevant Pricing Supplement.

Instalment Amount means the amount specified as such in (or calculated in accordance with the provisions of) the relevant Final Terms.
