Instalment Payment Plan definition

Instalment Payment Plan means any plan or facility made available by the Bank to the Cardholder for payment of Retail Transactions by way of monthly instalments in such amounts and for such periods as may be specified and approved by the Bank and which shall be subject to Terms and Conditions that may be imposed by the Bank, including but not limited to fees and Finance Charge(s);
