  • Without limiting the foregoing, Company shall, and shall ensure that its Affiliates and Sublicensees shall, cease all use of Institution Names as permitted under or in connection with this Agreement on the termination or expiration of this Agreement except as otherwise approved in writing by Broad.

Related to Institution Names

  • Cooperating country national (“CCN”) means an individual who is a cooperating country citizen or a non-cooperating country citizen lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the cooperating country.

  • International banking institution means an international financial institution of which the United States is a member and whose securities are exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933.

  • Locational UCAP Seller means a Member that sells Locational UCAP.

  • Selling Institution The entity obligated to make payments to the Issuer under the terms of a Participation Interest.

  • Seller’s Bank Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).
