Examples of Institution or facility in a sentence

  • The Institution or facility reserves the right to examine and determine the quality of food delivered and reject any meals which do not comply with the requirements and specifications of the Contract.

  • An authorized representative at the Institution or facility shall check the number and the adequacy of meals received before signing the delivery ticket.

  • The Parties agree that the Institution or facility shall be entitled to all rights and benefits of the Federal Intellectual Property Bankruptcy Protection Act, Public Law 100-506, codified at 11 U.S.C. 365 (n) and any amendments thereto.

  • Results of these inspections shall be submitted to the Institution or facility and to the State agency.

  • Similarly, the Institution or facility is under no obligation to pay for meals delivered to any facility(ies) other than those specified in Schedule A of this Contract.
