Institutional Channel definition

Institutional Channel means sales of products to commercial, educational and/or governmental institutions and organizations including, without limitation, hospitals, restaurants, janitorial service providers, universities, schools, hotels and caterers (collectively, “Institutions”), as well as sales of products to [* * *].

Related to Institutional Channel

  • Institutional Client means a major commercial bank, corporation, insurance company, or substantially similar institution, which, as a substantial part of its business operations, purchases or sells securities and makes use of custodial services.
