No member of the Institutional Investor Group, including any Institutional Investor Nominee, shall have any obligation to communicate or offer any Renounced Business Opportunity to the Company, and any member of the Institutional Investor Group may pursue for itself or direct, sell, assign or transfer to a Person other than the Company any Renounced Business Opportunity.
