Instruction permit definition

Instruction permit means the permit referred to in HRS Section 286-110.
Instruction permit means an instruction permit or a learner's licence, as those expressions are defined in The Highway Traffic Act; (« permis d'apprentissage »)
Instruction permit means a driving document issued by the department as defined in section 12-2-106 C.R.S., to allow the practice and /or instruction of an individual prior to receiving a regular operator’s license.

  • State permit means an approval to conduct a land-disturbing activity issued by the State Board in the form of a state stormwater individual permit or coverage issued under a state general permit or an approval issued by the State Board for stormwater discharges from an MS4. Under these state permits, the Commonwealth imposes and enforces requirements pursuant to the federal Clean Water Act and regulations, the Virginia Stormwater Management Act and the Regulations.

  • National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit or “NPDES” means a permit issued by the MPCA as required by federal law for the purpose of regulating the discharge of pollutants from point sources into waters of the United States from concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) as defined by federal law

  • Planning Permission means any permission, consent or approval given under the Planning Acts;

  • Final permit means the version of a permit issued by the Department that has completed all review procedures required by Chapter 14, and for a Class I permit, Chapter 13.

  • Non-Permitted Transferee A Person other than a Permitted Transferee.

  • Required Governmental Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 3.03.

  • Single event permit means a permit issued in accordance with Chapter 9, Part 3, Single Event Permit.

  • Right-of-Way Permit means either the excavation permit or the obstruction permit, or both, depending on the context, required by this chapter.
