Instrument Artificer means an adult employee tradesperson engaged an any work involved in designing, manufacturing, installing, maintaining, repairing, altering, adjusting and testing all types of measuring and recording instruments, and shall not include the installation, maintenance or replacement of domestic or industrial water or power meters, which form part of the normal work of mechanical or electrical tradespersons:
