Insurance Agreements definition

Insurance Agreements means any documents or agreements related to an Insurance Policy, including, but not limited to, claims servicing agreements, pursuant to which an insurer or an insured has current or future obligations, and which any insurer or its present or former Affiliates or predecessors may have entered into with the Debtor or its present or former Affiliates or predecessors in connection with any Insurance Policy.
Insurance Agreements means all policies, binders, slips, treaties, certificates, contracts and participation agreements and other agreements of insurance or reinsurance (including all applications, supplements, endorsements, riders and ancillary agreements in connection therewith, if applicable) that are or have been issued by any Group Company.
Insurance Agreements means any documents or agreements related to an Insurance Policy, including, but not limited to, claims servicing agreements and coverage-in-place agreements, pursuant to which an Insurer has or is alleged to have current or future obligations, and an Insured may also have or be alleged to have a current or future obligation to the Insurer, and which any Insurer or its present or former affiliates or predecessors may have entered into with one or more Debtors or their present or former affiliates or predecessors in connection with any Insurance Policy.; provided, however, that Insurance Agreements does not include Insurance Settlement Agreements.
