Insurance Benefits definition

Insurance Benefits means, in respect of any Asset or Liability, all insurance benefits, including rights to Insurance Proceeds, arising from or relating to such Asset or Liability.
Insurance Benefits means benefits offered through the Insurance Plans.
Insurance Benefits means payments made in accordance with insurance coverage for the cost of health care services provided to an individual.

  • If, at the expiration of (26) weeks allowable for weekly indemnity, the employee is considered to remain disabled from work, the employee may then qualify for Employment Insurance Benefits (formerly now as provided under prevailing government legislation and regulation, to a maximum benefit period of fifteen (15) weeks, or as provided in the regulations.

More Definitions of Insurance Benefits

Insurance Benefits means the benefits indicated in the Plan Highlights to which a Participant or that Participant’s beneficiaries may be entitled (may include Dental, Disability, Health, Life and/or Vision Insurance).
