The Certificate Insurer shall remit or cause to be remitted to the Insurance Paying Agent the amount of the Insured Payment.
The Trustee shall serve as Insurance Paying Agent hereunder for so long as a Certificate Insurance Policy shall remain in effect; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the Insurance Paying Agent may be located in another jurisdiction with the written consent of the Certificate Insurer.

Upon receipt of such Insured Payment by the Insurance Paying Agent on behalf of the Holders of the respective Class of Class A Certificates under the applicable Certificate Insurance Policy, it shall remit such amounts to the Trustee who shall deposit such Insured Payment in the applicable Certificate Account and shall distribute such Insured Payment in accordance with Sections 6.08(d) and (e) hereof.
