Insurance Paying Agent definition

Insurance Paying Agent. The Bank of New York or any successor as appointed herein.

Insurance Paying Agent means State Street Bank and Trust Company, N.A., New York, New York, or any successor thereto, as the Fiscal Agent under the Policy.

• Upon receipt of such Insured Payment by the Insurance Paying Agent on behalf of the Holders of the respective Class of Class A Certificates under the applicable Certificate Insurance Policy, it shall remit such amounts to the Trustee who shall deposit such Insured Payment in the applicable Certificate Account and shall distribute such Insured Payment in accordance with Sections 6.08(d) and (e) hereof.
