Each instalment amount shall not exceed the following: • 12 months’ worth of fees for EduTrust certified PEIs*; or • 6 months’ worth of fees for non-EduTrust-certified PEIs with Industry-Wide Course Fee Insurance Scheme (IWC)*; or • 2 months’ worth of fees for non-EduTrust-certified PEIs without IWC*.
Contributions to defined Schemes such as Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance Scheme and Superannuation are charged as incurred on accrual basis.

The Company provides for the obligation arising in terms of Article 8A of the Pensions Ordinance, Cap 93 of the laws of Malta, covering those ex-Government employees who opted to become full-time employees of the Company, and who continued to be entitled to pension rights which go beyond the National Insurance Scheme.
