Insured or Insureds definition

Insured or Insureds means the person and/or his family or organization named in the policy as the Policyholder as the case may be.

Examples of Insured or Insureds in a sentence

  • If for the particular policy year, after initial allocation, there are remaining proceeds of the fidelity bond and one or more Insureds have party losses that have not been paid in full, the remaining proceeds shall be further allocated to the Insured or Insureds having excess losses in proportion to their required primary coverage amounts, with such allocation repeated until all such losses have been paid or until the total coverage amount of the fidelity bond has been exhausted.

  • The term "Plan" refers to this arrangement, as evidenced by this Agreement, whereby Insured (or Insured's Beneficiary) is entitled to receive a benefit.

  • If an Insured becomes totally and permanently disabled, such Insured or Insured's legal guardian must, within sixty (60) days of the expiration of the policy period, provide the Company with written proof that such Insured is totally and permanently disabled, including the date the disability commenced, certified by the Insured's physician.

  • Notwithstanding Condition (2.11) of this Policy, if at the time of any claim under this Policy there is any other insurance indemnifying any person or Insured or Insureds who are entitled to be indemnified under this Policy.

  • The provisions of this Clause may be enforced by any Court of competent jurisdiction, and the Insured seeking enforcement shall be entitled to an award of all costs, fees and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, to be paid by the Insured or Insureds against whom enforcement is ordered.

  • Insured acknowledges and agrees that the termination of this Agreement pursuant to subsections (a)(ii) and (a)(iii) above prior to the death of Insured shall terminate any right of Insured or Insured's beneficiary(ies) to receive any death proceeds of the Policies under this Agreement, and such termination shall be without any liability of any nature to the Bank.
