Insured Premises definition

Insured Premises means the place named in the Schedule.
Insured Premises means the property named in the Schedule so long as the use of the same is restricted to solely domestic purposes.
Insured Premises means the place(s) declared for insurance and named in the Schedule attached to the Policy.

  • No portion of any indemnity payment which is applied to the replacement, repair or restoration of any portion of the Insured Premises or which is released to Mortgagor shall be deemed a payment against any Indebtedness or any Obligations.

Insured Premises means the location shown on the "declarations".
Insured Premises means: a) the residence premises; and b) under Section II only: 1) the part of any other premises, other structures and grounds used by you as a residence. Insured Premises means the premises named in the Schedule from which the Insured operates his Business.
