Insured Property definition

Insured Property means the vessel, including the power units, accessories and equipment. “Parasailing” means using your vessel to tow a person in a device designed for flight. “Waterskiing” means using your vessel to tow a person on water skis or flotation devices.
Insured Property means any of the following items covered by this certificate:

Examples of Insured Property in a sentence

  • This Policy will end when You sell, surrender or release Your interest in any Insured Property or its part.

  • If any Insured Property is lost, destroyed or stolen, or is a Total Loss, and We pay You the full Sum Insured for such item, the insurance cover for that item will automatically end.

  • When You suffer any loss or damage to any Insured Property, and wish to make a claim, You must follow all steps stated in this Policy about immediate reporting to Us and to the appropriate Legal Authorities as per Clause G (IV) of this Policy.

  • We cover physical loss or damage, or destruction of any Insured Property because of any Insured Event stated in Clause B of this Policy and subject to the exclusions stated in Clause D of this Policy subject to all terms and conditions of this Policy.

  • We will pay reasonable expenses You incur towards removal of debris of any Insured Property from Your Premises, and dismantling, demolishing, shoring up or propping up of Insured Building or Machinery.


More Definitions of Insured Property

Insured Property means the Insured Vessel, Trailer, Tender, Auxiliary Motor, and Personal Effects, as described on the Declarations Page and subject to the terms and conditions set out herein.
