Insurer Obligations definition

Insurer Obligations means the obligations of the Borrower to the Insurer under the Insurance Agreements and the other Transaction Documents, whether for principal, interest, premium, fees, indemnities, expenses or other amounts payable (including interest that would accrue but for the filing of a petition initiating a Proceeding, whether or not a claim for such interest is allowed in the Proceeding).
Insurer Obligations has the meaning set forth in each applicable Insurance Agreement.
Insurer Obligations has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Earn Out Obligations means, with respect to an Acquisition, all obligations of the Company or any Subsidiary to make earn out or other contingency payments pursuant to the documentation relating to such Acquisition.   • Monetary Obligations means Rent and all other sums payable by Tenant under this Lease to Landlord, to any third party on behalf of Landlord or to any Indemnitee.

  • Liquidity Obligations means all principal, interest, fees and other amounts owing to the Liquidity Providers under the Liquidity Facilities, Section 8.1 of the Participation Agreements or the Fee Letters.

  • Refunded Obligations means, collectively, the Refunded Notes, if any, and the Refunded Bonds, if any, refunded by each Series.
