Insurer Waiver definition

Insurer Waiver means the waiver, in substantially the form of Exhibit D attached hereto and made a part hereof, to be executed by each SCM Insurer and each CTSCA Insurer as provided in this Settlement Agreement.

  • Required Insurances means collectively the Project Facility Insurances and the Contractor Insurances.
