Multiple means the least of (i) three, (ii) the greater of one and the number of years and fractions thereof during the period from the Date of Termination (as hereinafter defined) and the Executive's 65th birthday, and (iii) if the Executive had announced his intention to retire before the Date of Termination, the number of years and fractions thereof from the Date of Termination until the date of such intended retirement.
Borrowing Multiple means (a) in the case of a Borrowing denominated in US Dollars, US$1,000,000 and (b) in the case of a Borrowing denominated in any Alternative Currency, 1,000,000 units of such currency.
Minimum Denomination has the meaning set forth in Article IV of the Debt Agreement.

Increment means the amount per annum provided as a rate of increase in the applicable salary payable to any eligible employee, which unless the context of the relevant approved pay range otherwise clearly indicates, may be granted annually on the applicable anniversary dates.
Multiple-family dwelling means a property containing 5 or more residential units, including those which are occupied seasonally.
Approximate Equivalent Amount of any currency with respect to any amount of Dollars shall mean the Equivalent Amount of such currency with respect to such amount of Dollars on or as of such date, rounded up to the nearest amount of such currency as determined by the Administrative Agent from time to time.
Excess means an amount of money paid in a calendar year towards the cost of each hospital episode of care up to an annual maximum before fund benefits are payable.

LCM includes DLC, and D4 channel banks and may be located in Remote Terminals or Central Offices.
Incremental Amount has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).
One-hundred-year flood means a flood having a one per cent chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year.
Initial Dollar Principal Amount means $1,000,000,000, or such higher amount as is specified in any Notice of Additional Issuance under Section 2.09 hereof.
Multiple purposes in relation to a property, shall mean the use of a property for more than one purpose.
ECF Percentage has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(i).

Minimum means that the measured value of the quality characteristic or contaminant must not be less than the release limit stated.
Maximum Face Amount means, with respect to any outstanding Letter of Credit, the face amount of such Letter of Credit including all automatic increases provided for in such Letter of Credit, whether or not any such automatic increase has become effective.

Remaining Dollar-Years means the amount obtained by (1) multiplying the amount of each then-remaining principal payment on such Debt by the number of years (calculated at the nearest one-twelfth) that will elapse between the date of determination of the Weighted Average Life to Maturity of such Debt and the date of that required payment and (2) totaling all the products obtained in clause (1) above.
