Integration Software definition

Integration Software means (i) LVT proprietary software and (ii) open source software used in providing the Services which integrates with Customer’s network or application, including SSL or other VPN, Unix operating system, Microsoft application, or web application, as provided in the Documentation and any updates, fixes or patches developed from time to time.
Integration Software means the programming and technical support provided by Consultant to develop modifications to the Software, including services to tailor and customize Software to the Project, as such services may be set forth in the Scope of Services.
Integration Software means (a) Duo Security proprietary software and (b) open source software used in providing the Se rvices which integrates with Customer’s network or application, including SSL or other VPN, Unix operating system, Microsoft application, and/or web application, as provided in the Documentation and any updates, fixes and/or patches developed from time to time.

Examples of Integration Software in a sentence

  • It is your responsibility to procure and maintain appropriate licenses for such Integration Software.

  • We will provide you with Third Party license keys for such Integration Software to enable your use of the Integration Software in connection with the Services, limited to bi-directional communication of data between Integration Software and your Account.

  • Integration Software with older firmware may not be able to be updated to the current version.

  • You can only onboard your On-Premise System if the Integration Software has a connection to the internet.

  • Integration Software may contain a mechanism to disable its use after the end of the Subscription Term to MindConnect Integration and you will not interfere with the date and time of such disabling mechanism.

  • Separate terms and conditions apply to the download and installation of Integration Software.

  • Integration Software is not part of our Services and is solely operated by you.

  • We may, at our sole discretion, make available software updates or security patches for Integration Software and will provide reasonable notice when such updates or security patches are available.

  • An outdated version of Integration Software may not be able to transmit data to the Platform.

  • You shall update the Integration Software without undue delay after the publication of any updates and patches.


More Definitions of Integration Software

Integration Software means any software provided by Utimaco to Customer for purposes of integrating Customer’s systems with the API such that Customer can send Calls and receive Responses, including any bug fixes, error corrections, updates and new versions thereof or thereto.

Related to Integration Software

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Computer Hardware and Software means all of each Loan Party’s and each of its Subsidiary’s rights (including rights as licensee and lessee) with respect to (a) computer and other electronic data processing hardware, including all integrated computer systems, central processing units, memory units, display terminals, printers, computer elements, card readers, tape drives, hard and soft disk drives, cables, electrical supply hardware, generators, power equalizers, accessories, peripheral devices and other related computer hardware; (b) all software and all software programs designed for use on the computers and electronic data processing hardware described in clause (a) above, including all operating system software, utilities and application programs in whatsoever form (source code and object code in magnetic tape, disk or hard copy format or any other listings whatsoever); (c) any firmware associated with any of the foregoing; and (d) any documentation for hardware, software and firmware described in clauses (a), (b) and (c) above, including flow charts, logic diagrams, manuals, specifications, training materials, charts and pseudo codes.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

  • Operating Software means those routines, whether or not identified as Program Products, that reside in the Equipment and are required for the Equipment to perform its intended function(s), and which interface the operator, other Contractor-supplied programs, and user programs to the Equipment.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.

Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • Firmware means software sold or licensed only in conjunction with machines, designed for execution only on a machine with which it is provided, designed only for machines other than a dedicated computer, and embedded into or installed on the machine by the machine’s manufacturer or seller.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.

  • Software means computer programs, whether in source code or object code form (including any and all software implementation of algorithms, models and methodologies), databases and compilations (including any and all data and collections of data), and all documentation (including user manuals and training materials) related to the foregoing.

  • Interoperability means the ability of a Qwest OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.   • Font Software means the software provided by Branding with Type which, when used on an appropriate Device or Devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades, updates, related files, permitted copies, permitted conversions, and related documentation.
