Integrity Policy definition

Integrity Policy means the document entitled NHMRC Research Integrity and Misconduct Policy issued, and amended from time to time, by NHMRC "Intellectual Property" includes all copyright and neighbouring rights, all rights in relation to inventions (including patent rights), plant varieties, registered and unregistered trademarks (including service marks), registered designs and circuit layouts and all other rights resulting from intellectual activity in the industrial, scientific, literary or artistic fields but excludes Moral Rights and rights in relation to Confidential Information; "Interest" (in clauses 7.11, 14.2 and 15.6) means interest calculated at an interest rate equal to the 90 day bank-accepted bill rate (available from the Reserve Bank of Australia) less 10 basis points, on a daily compounding basis;
Integrity Policy means the Company's Ethical Business Practices Policy, a copy of which is attached hereto as Schedule 1.1 (IP), and which is hereby adopted by the Members, as such Policy may be amended from time to time by the Executive Committee.
Integrity Policy means the integrity policy of Owner in force and effect from time to time, as set out in Exhibit B or otherwise notified by or on behalf of Owner to Consultant in writing.

Related to Integrity Policy

  • Security Policy means the Authority’s Security Policy annexed to Schedule (Security Requirements and Plan) as updated from time to time.

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • Company Policies means the Company policies and procedures in effect from time to time, including, without limitation, policies and procedures with respect to the Company’s “Regulatory Credit Classifications” (as defined in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the Securities Exchange Commission on March 7, 2016 (the “Form 10-K”)), and as amended from time to time, and any credit risk policies and procedures in effect from time to time.

  • Company Privacy Policies means all current and, to the extent applicable, prior public or internal policies, procedures and representations of the Company or its Subsidiaries to the extent relating to data security or the Processing of Personally Identifiable Information, including the Data Protection Program.

  • FCA Handbook means the FCA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.

  • PRA Handbook means the PRA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.
