Intellectual or Developmental Disability definition

Intellectual or Developmental Disability or “I/DD” has the meanings as described in OAR 000-000-0000.
Intellectual or Developmental Disability means a disability attributable to an intellectual or developmental condition, as defined in the latest edition of the diagnostic and statistical manual of the American psychiatric association, or related conditions constituting a severe or profound disability.

  • Company Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property Rights owned by any Person (other than a Group Company) that is licensed to any Group Company.
