Intended Improvements definition

Intended Improvements means the Eligible Improvements intended to be undertaken to the Property under the Program as set out in Appendix F;
Intended Improvements means technology/entertainment facilities and training and education facilities, together with ancillary uses such as offices, classrooms, lecture halls and conference rooms.
Intended Improvements means the Eligible Improvements intended to be undertaken to the Property under the Program as set out in Appendix E;

Examples of Intended Improvements in a sentence

  • The Property Owner will complete the above Intended Improvements by the Completion Date.

  • There shall not be a sewer, water, building or other moratorium in effect which would interfere with the immediate construction and occupancy of Buyer’s Intended Improvements (“Moratorium”).

  • As used herein, “Final Permit Approval” means issuance of all Army Corps of Engineers, South Florida Water Management District and Florida Department of Environmental Property permits, and other applicable water, storm, environmental and other permits necessary for the development of the Land for the Intended Improvements in accordance with the Final Plat, without any conditions or restrictions unacceptable to Buyer.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Seller shall have the right to review and approve or disapprove the final elevations for the Intended Improvements.

  • As used herein, “Final Comprehensive Plan Amendment Approval” means the written, final and irrevocable approval by the Governing Jurisdiction of an amendment to its comprehensive plan to a land use classification sufficient to permit the development of the Intended Improvements (as hereinafter defined) on terms and conditions acceptable to Buyer.

  • The purchase and sale contemplated by this Agreement shall be closed on the earlier of nine (9) months after the Effective Date or the date which is fifteen (15) days after Buyer obtains building permits for the Intended Improvements.

  • To Seller’s knowledge, no moratorium or other legal matter, proceeding or other fact or condition exists or is pending which threatens to prevent or impair the construction and operation of the Property for the Intended Improvements.

  • All necessary approvals from the appropriate governmental authorities (including reasonable variances which Buyer deems necessary) in order to permit the commencement of development and construction of the Intended Improvements.

  • The Property Owner will complete the above Intended Improvements by COMPLETION DATE.

  • If either (i) the Government Approvals are not sufficient to allow for the construction of the Intended Improvements or contain unreasonable conditions to approval that are not acceptable to Buyer in its sole discretion or (ii) Seller fails to obtain the Government Approvals prior to the Approval Deadline, then, in the case of any such event, Buyer shall have the right to terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to Seller (“Approval Termination Notice”).


More Definitions of Intended Improvements

Intended Improvements means the improvements being or intended to be constructed on the Codina Real Property as set forth in Section 1.1(c) of the Codina Disclosure Schedule.
