Intent to Transfer definition

Intent to Transfer. Any employee who desires a change in assignment for the following year shall notify the NCESD Superintendent, in writing by March 15th.

Examples of Intent to Transfer in a sentence

  • The Owner shall give the City the Owner's Notice of Intent to Transfer prior to notifying real estate brokers or lenders of Owner's intent to Transfer the Home and prior to listing of the Home on the Multiple Listing Service.

Related to Intent to Transfer

  • Transfer Any direct or indirect transfer or sale of any Ownership Interest in a Residual Certificate.

  • Assign means to directly or indirectly sell, transfer, assign, distribute, exchange, pledge, hypothecate, mortgage, grant a security interest in, encumber or otherwise dispose of Registrable Securities, whether voluntarily or by operation of law, including by way of a merger. “Assignor,” “Assignee,” “Assigning” and “Assignment” have meanings corresponding to the foregoing.

  • Convey means to sell, transfer, assign, contribute or otherwise convey assets hereunder.
