The Intercompany Service is generally available, including after hours and on weekends; however, the Intercompany Service may periodically become unavailable, including due to circumstances beyond Bank’s control, for example system outages or events described in the Force Majeure section of these Terms.
You acknowledge and agree that Bank may, in its sole discretion, periodically introduce and/or enforce transaction limitations or otherwise terminate, limit, or condition availability of the Intercompany Service, with or without notice to you.
