Interest Base definition

Interest Base means in respect of a Loan with floating interest rate, the interest base (EURIBOR, NIBOR, CIBOR or STIBOR) stated in the Final Terms for that Loan or any reference rate replacing EURIBOR, NIBOR, CIBOR or STIBOR (as applicable) in accordance with Clause 22 (Replacement of Interest Base).
Interest Base means, for a Loan with floating interest rate, the interest base (EURIBOR, NIBOR or STIBOR) stated in the relevant Final Terms;

Related to Interest Base

  • Interest Basis means the First Interest Basis or the Second Interest Basis, as applicable.

  • Prime Interest Rate means the publicly quoted variable annual basic rate of interest, published from time to time by the bankers of FUNDI as being their prime rate and as certified by the auditors of FUNDI, whose appointment it shall not be necessary to prove. Details of such bankers will be provided to the Applicant when so requested in writing.

  • Annual Interest Rate in accordance with the rate applicable to the equal instalment financing plan in effect on the conversion date, up to a maximum of 19.90%.

  • Stripped Interest Rate For each Mortgage Loan, the excess, if any, of the Net Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan over the Remittance Rate.

  • Interest Factor means monthly compounding, discounting or annuitizing, as applicable, at a rate set forth in Exhibit A.

  • Net Interest Rate means with respect to any Note, the Interest Rate for such Note minus the Servicing Fee Rate applicable to such Note.

  • Class A-4 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class A-1 Interest Rate means 0.75000% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Applicable Interest Rate means, (i) with respect to each Revolving Credit Advance and Term Loan Advance, the Eurodollar-based Rate or the Base Rate, and (ii) with respect to each Swing Line Advance, the Base Rate or, if made available to the Borrower by the Swing Line Lender at its option, the Quoted Rate, in each case as selected by the Borrower from time to time subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Interest Reset Period The period beginning on the applicable Reset Date and ending on the calendar day preceding the next Reset Date.

  • Class E Interest Rate means 4.99% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

In determining an Interest Period, a month means a period that starts on one Business Day in a month and ends on and includes the day preceding the numerically corresponding day in the next month. For any month in which there is no such numerically corresponding day, then as to that month, such day shall be deemed to be the last calendar day of such month. Any Interest Period which would otherwise an on a non-Business Day shall end on the next succeeding Business Day unless that is the first day of a month, in which event such Interest Period shall end on the next preceding Business Day. "LIBOR Rate" means a per annum rate of interest (rounded upward, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100 of 1%) at which dollar deposits, in immediately available funds and in lawful money of the United Sates would be offered to Bank, outside of the United Sates, for a term coinciding with the Interest Period selected by Debtor and for an amount equal to the amount of principal covered by Debtors' interest rate selection, plus Bank's costs, including the costs, if any, of reserve requirements. "Origination Date" means the first day of the Interest Period. "Reference Rate" means the rate announced by Bank from time to time at its corporate headquarters as its Reference Rate. The Reference Rate is an index rate determined by Bank from time to time as a means of pricing certain extensions of credit and is neither directly tied to any external rate of interest or index nor necessarily the lowest rate of interest or index nor necessarily the lowest rate of interest charged by Bank at any given time.

  • Interest Date means the last day of an Interest Period.

  • Periodic Interest Rate Cap As to each adjustable rate Mortgage Loan, the maximum increase or decrease in the Mortgage Interest Rate on any Adjustment Date pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Note.

  • CB Floating Rate means the Prime Rate; provided that the CB Floating Rate shall never be less than the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day). Any change in the CB Floating Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate, respectively.

  • Interest Remittance Amount For any Distribution Date and Loan Group, an amount equal to the sum of (1) all interest collected (other than related Payaheads, if applicable) or advanced in respect of Scheduled Payments on the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group during the related Collection Period, the interest portion of Payaheads previously received and intended for application in the related Collection Period and the interest portion of all Payoffs and Curtailments received on the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group during the related Prepayment Period (other than interest on Principal Prepayments that occur during the portion of the Prepayment Period that is in the same calendar month as the related Distribution Date), less (x) the Servicing Fees (other than any Excess Servicing Fee) and any lender paid Primary Insurance Policy premiums with respect to such Mortgage Loans and (y) unreimbursed Advances and other amounts due to a Servicer, the Back-Up Servicer or the Trustee with respect to such Mortgage Loans, to the extent allocable to interest, (2) all Compensating Interest Payments paid by a Servicer with respect to the related Mortgage Loans with respect to such Distribution Date, (3) the portion of any Substitution Adjustment Amount and Repurchase Price paid with respect to such Mortgage Loans during the calendar month immediately preceding the Distribution Date, in each case allocable to interest and the proceeds of any purchase of the Mortgage Loans by the Terminating Entity pursuant to Section 9.01 in an amount not exceeding the interest portion of the Par Value, (4) all Net Liquidation Proceeds, and any Insurance Proceeds and other recoveries (net of unreimbursed Advances, Servicing Advances and expenses, to the extent allocable to interest, and unpaid Servicing Fees) collected with respect to such Mortgage Loans during the prior calendar month, to the extent allocable to interest, (5) any amounts withdrawn from the Capitalized Interest Amount to pay interest on the related Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date and (6) the aggregate Excess Servicing Fee to be distributed to the Class A-IO-S Certificates.

  • Reserve Interest Rate With respect to any Interest Determination Date, the rate per annum that the Trustee determines to be either (i) the arithmetic mean (rounded upwards if necessary to the nearest whole multiple of 1/16%) of the one-month U.S. dollar lending rates which New York City banks selected by the Trustee are quoting on the relevant Interest Determination Date to the principal London offices of leading banks in the London interbank market or (ii) in the event that the Trustee can determine no such arithmetic mean, the lowest one-month U.S. dollar lending rate which New York City banks selected by the Trustee are quoting on such Interest Determination Date to leading European banks.

  • Discount Net Mortgage Rate As defined in the Series Supplement.

  • Cash Interest Rate means the Federal Funds Effective Rate - the rate for that day opposite the caption “Federal Funds (Effective)” as set forth in the weekly statistical release designated as H.15 (519), or any successor publication, published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.

  • Class A-3 Interest Rate means 1.49% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
